Lessons built around you
There's no set curriculum. I start with what you want to play and go from there.
Start with your goals
Maybe there's a song you've always wanted to play, a style like fingerstyle or bluegrass, or you want to finally understand the fretboard. Tell me, and I'll plan lessons around it.
Build real skills
Technique, rhythm and fundamentals are part of every lesson, taught through the music you want to play.
Leave with a plan
After every lesson I'll send you tabs and notes, so you know exactly what to practice.
Your teacher
Hi, I'm Ethan.
I've been playing guitar for 20 years and have a Bachelor of Music from NYU. I mostly play fingerstyle, flatpicking, blues and bluegrass. Every so often I post a Short of what I'm working on to the Goody Guitar YouTube channel.
I love helping students get to where playing feels fun and natural, whether they're brand new to guitar or picking it back up after years away.
